I haven't received a confirmation email. What do I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email to activate your account, first of all you should check the spam folder in your email account. If the mail is not in the spam folder either, please contact us

How do I contact a listed member?

When you open a member’s profile, you can see a ‘Send Message’ button or Phone Number of the listed member. If a phone is provided, you can click it to reveal the full contact number so you can call, text, or WhatsApp the user. Some members also add their email or social media addresses on the profile description section.

How long will my profile listing be active?

Depends on your chosen listing package. For example, a profile listed under the GOLD Plan is valid for 360 DAYS. When the duration expires, the profile will still remain on your account, pending reactivation or deletion.

What is a Top Profile Promo?

A Top Profile promo is one of the Boost Your Profile promo which results in your profile ad getting listed on the top in the search results of the category to which your ad belongs. If, for instance, you are listing an escort profile, then your ad will appear at the top of search results when a potential client looks for escorts in Kenya.

What is a Premium Profile?

A premium account gives your profile listing enhanced visibility and the ability to access restricted sections of the website. The Premium Profile also gives your listings higher impressions and visits.

What does 'Profile Listings' mean?

This refers to the total number of profiles that you can list under a certain package. For example, the SILVER Package allows you to post a maximum of 3 profiles. The GOLD Package on the other hand allows you to submit up to 5 profile listings under different categories.

What do you mean by 'Listing Duration' ?

Listing duration refers to the number of days that a particular profile listing is shown on the website. For instance, a profile posted under the GOLD Package will be live for 360 Days.

What does Free Profile Photos mean?

This refers to free profile images assigned to each listing plan. A SILVER Plan, for instance, allows you to upload 6 FREE Profile Photos when submitting your profile listing to make it more appealing. Visuals speak louder than words!

Does my unused package listings expire?

No, any unused profile package allocated to you will not expire. If, for example, you use 2 of your 6 listings assigned to you in the GOLD Package, then the remaining FOUR won’t expire once the 360 Days validity period ends. All allocated profile listing packages are available for use ANY TIME — unless exhausted.

Am I able to renew my profile listing once it expires?

Yes, you can renew your inactive profile within 3 days of expiry. You can renew your expired profile listing from inside your account’s dashboard before the 3 days Grace Period elapses. Our system will automatically delete any unrenewed profile after the grace period ends.

Can I use more than one plan at a time?

Yes, you can purchase more than 2 plans and use them interchangeably i.e. you can use Bronze, Silver, and Gold Plans. You can also use Promotional Packages such as: front-page ads, category ads, search ads, homepage ads, and top ads.

What is the hourly charge for the "members for hire"?

Some “guys for hire” and “ladies for hire” set their own hourly rates for companionship services offered. However, some members do not charge or specify rates. Please check their profiles to see if any rates have been specified.

What is the minimum booking time?

‘Members for Hire’ set their own minimum booking time, please discuss this with them before the start of the date. Mostly, the average minimum is 30 minutes.

How do I pay for my chosen service provider?

We suggest you pay your “lady for hire” or “guy for hire” in any of the methods listed in their profiles (cash, mobile money…) at the start of the date. All payment goes to the registered member, we do not take a cut of any earnings.

Where should I arrange to meet the companion?

It is totally up to both of you to discuss and decide where to meet, however we would suggest meeting in a public place such as a shopping mall or restaurant.

How can I be sure that you will keep my info private and confidential?

We take the privacy of all our members seriously. Your privacy interests are at the core of our operations. How do I update my profile?

It’s quick and easy to do so! To update your profile, just login to your account and then click on “Edit” profile link and make desired changes.

How do I post a photo for my profile listing?

We make it easy for you to post a photo. To upload a photo directly from your phone or computer, simply sign in to your account and select “Add Photo” in Step #4 of your profile listing submission.

Can I post any photo in my profile?

No, not any photo. Photos showing 100% frontal nudity or genitals are NOT ACCEPTED. Our moderator will delete photos that display much nudity in order to maintain the quality of matches available through the site.

How do I change my personal information?

Editing your personal information is extremely easy. If you would like to update the information about yourself that you submitted during registration, write a new description for your profile as well as editing main criteria for your matches just go to your dashboard > listings >  edit . There you can edit and save any part of your personal information.

How do you determine and suggest "related members" for me?

Well, when you click on a member’s profile you will see some profiles that we think would be good for you based on your desired age range AND the other person’s desired age range. If you have set your preferred age range as 30 and 45 then you will see profiles of people in this age range. In other words, we determine your matches based on what you have told us in your bio.

How accurate is the "Online Now" notification when I see it on a profile?

The “Online Now” notification shows up on a profile when a user logs in and gets into our system. The “Online Now” will go away the moment they log off. However, if for example they close the website window by clicking the X at the top right corner without Logging Off first – then we can have no way of knowing that they wanted to log off. In this case, the “Online Now” will continue to appear for 1 hour. At that point, since there is no activity by the member, the user will be logged off.

Are profiles censored? Is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?

Yes. All member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified, must be approved by our admin. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any sensitive information in your profile, including, but not limited to: your home address, a personal beeper, a real e-mail, or photos of children. Any offenders of this rule will be banned from the site.

I cannot login with my username and password. What am I doing wrong?

If you cannot login with your username and password, please first recheck your username and password for penzitamu.com. Many times we have so many usernames and passwords around the internet that we sometimes confuse one site’s username/password with another. If you are certain this is your username and password, make sure that you have typed in the right case for each letter. Alternatively, you can reset your password using the forgot password link in the login page.

How do I delete my profile listing?

If you just want to DELETE your account — perhaps you met that special someone you were looking for — and want to see how it works out or maybe you’re just not in the right place to be dating right now, please click here to login to your account then locate the “Delete” listing link. Dashboard > Listings > Delete.
